Branding, visual identity, graphic line and communication strategy for the SONAE S&F Employer Branding project, with the aim of generating communication, internal and external, in the medium and long term and conveying that Sonae S&F is a great place to work and a career-boosting company.
Based on three axes – Agile, Digital and Fashion – a strategy was developed for the brand with a special focus on internal, external and institutional communication.
The goal was to create a versatile brand, adaptable to the various moments of communication with SONAE S&F’s targets, without clashing with the language of the mother brand and other brands of the Group.
The naming of the project – IN – combined with a logo with youthful and appealing colors and distinctive and symbolic graphics, conveys a strong, organic, fluid and mutable brand.The simplicity of the brand allows for a great versatility: on the one hand, it is adaptable to different moments of communication with internal and external audiences and, on the other, it is easily integrated with other company logosfor institutional communication. This versatility is reflected in the young and dynamic feel of the developed materials.
A version of the IN logo was also created for each of the various moments of the SONAE SF recruitment process, used in email communications.
