Eventualmente, todas as empresas ir\u00e3o precisar de se reposicionar no mercado, seja para se adaptarem \u00e0s novas tecnologias, ao consumidor, a novos produtos ou a diferentes servi\u00e7os. de\u00a0<em>rebranding<\/em>, s\u00e3o levadas a cabo modifica\u00e7\u00f5es de grande dimens\u00e3o, pelo que esta tem um car\u00e1ter estrat\u00e9gico e, em alguns casos, pode at\u00e9 contemplar uma mudan\u00e7a de nome.<\/p><p>J\u00e1 no\u00a0<em>restyling<\/em>, estas modifica\u00e7\u00f5es consistem mais numa atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o do logo, normalmente realizado em v\u00e1rias fases, e com altera\u00e7\u00f5es quase impercet\u00edveis para n\u00e3o se correr o risco de deixar de ser reconhecido.<\/p><p>Por isso, e antes de realizarmos qualquer tipo de modifica\u00e7\u00e3o, devemos ter em conta os motivos pelos quais consideramos qualquer uma das hip\u00f3teses e tamb\u00e9m a forma como o queremos identidade da marca antiquada, mas o rebranding n\u00e3o significa necessariamente que a identidade da marca deve refletir as tend\u00eancias mais atuais;<\/li><li><strong>Mudan\u00e7a e\/ou expans\u00e3o da \u00e1rea de neg\u00f3cios:\u00a0<\/strong>se a empresa vai abranger uma nova \u00e1rea ou expandir as linhas de produtos, o\u00a0<em>rebranding<\/em>\u00a0torna-se essencial para evitar problemas de coer\u00eancia com a marca atual e para garantir a efic\u00e1cia da mensagem a passar;<\/li><li><strong>Mudan\u00e7a de estrat\u00e9gia:<\/strong>\u00a0quando muda a
