CHALLENGE
The redesign of the CARFAST website, a leading car rental company in Portugal, had as its main objective the clear and dynamic presentation of the fleet and of the differentiating services that the company provides to its customers.
CONCEPT
The design of the new website had as a main focus premium service communication, a current and dynamic layout, with a strong and customized graphic language. The investment on features that would allow a greater proximity and a more customized customer service, such as the online chat tool were critical factors for the design of the new website.
ICONOGRAPHY
To communicate the services provided by the company, various representative and differentiating icons were developed.
RESULTS
Combined with an easy and intuitive browsing experience, the website has a dynamic presentation of the available fleet as well as of its features and provided services. In addition, the user can pre-book easily and quickly.
